Meet Robert Wannomae

He has a keen knowledge on both the frozen and fresh products and works diligently with the food service and retail markets.

Robert was born in Japan and moved to Hawaii when he was in kindergarten for one year. His family returned to Japan then Robert took a long journey to North Dakota during his junior high years. He returned to Japan then came back to Hawaii once again during his sophomore year at Kailua High School. After graduating, he travelled back to Japan, worked there for six years then finally moved back to Hawaii and has been here since.

Prior to being employed at TFH, Robert oversaw the “Banana Patch” off of Likelike Highway which consists of twelve acres. It was a one man operation but Robert truly enjoyed farming and working the land.

Meet Natasha Petersen

Natasha is the sales representative for the Export Department at Tropic Fish Hawaii.

She previously worked at the only auto auction in Hawaii based on Oahu. Her position as the account sales representative included working with all banks and financial institutions as well as the car dealerships throughout the state. You could say that Natasha was a car broker!

Natasha was born in California but moved to Honolulu at an early age of four. She graduated from Radford High School and attended college for a short period. The joy in her life is her beautiful three-year-old son. When Natasha is not working six days a week, she spends her free time with her son and fishing where she finds it to be educational, fun and relaxing.

When asked about Natasha’s personality and engaging qualities, Shawn Tanoue, President of TFH replied, “She is the nicest person in the world. She’s interesting, funny and makes people laugh!”
